RE-APPOINT Nancy Parent as the District V Representative, Alternate Seat, to the Tri-Delta Transit Authority Board of Directors with a term to expire December 31, 2025, as recommended by Supervisor Federal D. Glover:

BACKGROUND:
The goal of Tri-Delta Transit is to own, operate and maintain a public transit system in an effort to meet public transportation needs in Eastern Contra Costa County.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The seat would remain vacant.
