RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT resolution accepting as complete the contracted work performed by American Pavement Systems, Inc. for the 2025 East Richmond Heights Fiberized Slurry Seal Project, as recommended by the Public Works Director, East Richmond Heights area. County Project No. 0672-6U2119, (District I)
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Project was funded by 100% Local Road (SB-1) Funds.
BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of November 20, 2025.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The contractor will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
