RECOMMENDATIONS:

DECLARE vacant the District 3 Seat on the Measure X Fiscal Oversight Body previously held by Madhan Guna and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by Supervisor Diane Burgis.

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

None

 

 

BACKGROUND:

The District 3 Office was notified by staff of Madhan Guna’s resignation effective immediately on October 23, 2024. 

 

 

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The seat will remain vacant.
