RECOMMENDATIONS:
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute on behalf of the County Interagency Amendment/Extension #74-373-17 with Martinez Unified School District (MUSD), an educational institution, effective June 30, 2026, to amend Interagency Agreement #74-373-16, to increase the payment limit by $114,144, from $223,812 to a new payment limit of $337,956, and to extend the termination date from June 30, 2026 to December 31, 2026, for additional Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) services for underserved and at-risk students.
