Report Title: 2026 On-Call Contract(s) for Various Road, Flood Control, and Airport Maintenance Work, Countywide.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
(1) APPROVE the specifications for the 2026 On-Call Contract(s) for Various Road, Flood Control, and Airport Maintenance Work, Countywide area. Project No. 0672-6U2009-26
(2) DETERMINE that GradeTech Inc. ("GradeTech"), the lowest monetary bidder, has complied with the requirements of the project specifications; and the Board WAIVES any irregularities in GradeTech's compliance with the requirements of the County's Outreach Program; and FURTHER DETERMINE that GradeTech has submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid for the project.
(3) DETERMINE that A. Teichert & Son dba Teichert Construction Company ("Teichert"), the second lowest monetary bidder, has complied with the requirements of the project specifications; and the Board WAIVES any irregularities in Teichert's compliance with the requirements of the County's Outreach Program; and FURTHER DETERMINE that Teichert has submitted the second lowest responsive and responsible bid for this project
(4) DETERMINE that Yerba Buena Engineering & Construction, Inc. ("Yerba Buena"), the third lowest monetary bidder, has complied with the requirements of the project specifications; and the Board WAIVES any irregularities in Yerba Buena's compliance with the requirements of the County's Outreach Program; and FURTHER DETERMINE that Yerba Buena has submitted the third lowest responsive and responsible bid for this project
(5) DETERMINE that Covenant Technical Solutions, Inc. ("Covenant"), the fourth lowest monetary bidder, has complied with the requirements of the project specifications; and the Board WAIVES any irregularities in Covenant's compliance with the requirements of the County's Outreach Program; and FURTHER DETERMINE t...
