BACKGROUND:
Valeria Kleidmann and N.L., a minor: Personal injury claim related to dangerous condition in the amount of $1,000,000.
McKinley Equipment Corporation: Contract claim for non-payment of invoice in the amount of $131,310.75,
Kelsey Rogers: Property claim for damage to vehicle in an amount to exceed $4,848.66.
Dylan Suissa: Personal injury claim related to automobile accident in the amount of $1,000,000.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Not acting on the claims could extend the claimants’ time limits to file actions against the County.
