B. Consider the complaint of Amber Miller alleging harassment and
discrimination as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the Health Services Department, which appeal was continued from the April 22, 2025 Merit Board meeting.
After some discussion, Member Reigle moved and Member Kreling seconded, to direct the Secretary to immediately send a communication to the complainant, requiring the complainant to inform the Secretary on or before June 24, 2025 as to whether the complainant intends to proceed with her complaint, and directing the Secretary to also send the communication to the union representatives and attorney who appeared at the April 22, 2025 meeting in this matter .
