RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution approving the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for subdivision SD20-09545, for project being developed by Civic Heritage View, LLC, Vine Hill area. (District V)

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Department has reviewed the conditions of approval for subdivision SD20-09545 and has determined that all conditions of approval for Final Map approval have been satisfied.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Final Map and the Subdivision Agreement will not be approved and recorded.
