RECOMMENDATIONS:
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute on behalf of the County Contract #76-870 containing mutual indemnification with ICU Medical Sales, Inc., a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $420,250, to provide an infusion pump system, software and services for Contra Costa Health (CCH) patient care for the period from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2029.

This system ensures precise, accurate dosing for standard infusion needs including more vulnerable patients requiring smaller fluid volumes and those with pain management therapy in acute and outpatient settings.
