IN THE MATTER OF RESOLUTION COMMENDING BLODGETT'S FLOOR COVERING ON THE CELEBRATION OF 80 YEARS OF BUSINESS
WHEREAS, the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors is pleased to recognize exceptional local businesses whose dedication, integrity, and commitment have enriched the communities they serve; and
WHEREAS, Blodgett's Floor Covering proudly celebrates 80 years of business, marking eight decades of outstanding service, craftsmanship, and commitment to the residents and businesses of Contra Costa County; and
WHEREAS, founded in 1946 by Kermit Blodgett to serve the growing post-World War II community, the company has remained family owned and operated through three generations, continually adapting to changing products, technologies and customers' taste while maintaining its founding values of quality workmanship and exceptional customer service;
