ACCEPT the resignation of Bara Sapir, DECLARE a vacancy in the 1st Alternate Seat on the East Richmond Heights Municipal Advisory Council for a term ending December 31, 2026, and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by Supervisor Gioia.

The East Richmond Heights Municipal Advisory Council was created to advise the Board of Supervisors or other local government agencies on issues and concerns related the unincorporated community of East Richmond Heights
