Report Title: Ratify San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District Ordinance Nos. 2025-40 and 2025-41, implementing the 2025 California Fire Code and 2025 California Wildland-Urban Interface Code with local amendments

RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. RATIFY San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District Ordinance No. 2025-40, with attached modifications, implementing the 2025 California Fire Code with local amendments in the unincorporated portion of the District's service area.
2. RATIFY San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District Ordinance No. 2025-41, with attached modifications, implementing the 2025 California Wildland-Urban Interface Code with local amendments in the unincorporated portion of the District's service area.
3. DIRECT the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to provide a certified copy of this Board Order to the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District within 15 days of this ratification, pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 13869.7.
4. DIRECT the Department of Conservation and Development to send copies of District Ordinance Nos. 2025-40 and 2025-41, the District findings, and this Board Order to the California Department of Housing and Community Development, pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 13869.7.

BACKGROUND:
The Board of Directors of the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District has adopted Ordinance No. 2025-40, adopting the 2025 California Fire Code, with local amendments, and Ordinance No. 2025-41, adopting the 2025 California Wildland-Urban Interface Code, with local amendments.
