RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution accepting completion of improvements declaring multiple roads as County roads for subdivision SD19-09527 for a project developed by Pulte Home Company, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Discovery Bay area. (District III)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The developer has completed the improvements per the Subdivision Agreement, and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The completion of improvements will not be accepted, and the completed roads will not be accepted and declared County roads.
