RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution accepting as complete the contracted work performed by Gordon N. Ball, Inc. for the Wildcat Canyon Road Slope Failure Repair, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Orinda area. County Project No. 0672-6U6266, Federal Project No. ACSTP 15J9(161), (District II)
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Project was funded by 76% Federal Emergency Relief Funds and 24% Local Road Funds.
BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of December 5, 2025.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The contractor will not be paid, and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
