TCAB will review the final revised Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the African American Holistic Wellness and Resource Hub Implementation Lead Entity. The RFQ reflects Ad Hoc Committee recommendations and aligns with the Feasibility Study, community input, and the County’s equity-centered, collective impact framework.
Referral History and Update
TCAB is responsible for reviewing and advising on eligibility and selection criteria for the Lead Entity. Ad Hoc Committee feedback was integrated into a revised RFQ draft, which is presented today for approval.
Recommendation(s) / Next Step(s)
Approve the revised RFQ and authorize staff to forward it to the Office of Racial Equity and Social Justice and the Board of Supervisors for approval and public release.
