RECOMMENDATIONS:
DENY claims filed by Allstate a subrogee of Elodia Urbina, Veronica Herrera, Ramiro Patricio Herrera Lara, Monica Lopez, Vinhtien Nguyen, Jack Douglas Parker, Desiree Dawn Spears, Desiree Dawn Spears obo R.P., Desiree Dawn Spears obo S.P., and Jannie Williams. DENY late claim filed by Marianne Hopkins (Williams).

BACKGROUND:
Allstate a subrogee of Elodia Urbina: Subrogation claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $7,198.96.
Veronica Herrera: Personal injury claim related to an automobile accident in an amount in excess of $1,000,000.
Ramiro Patricio Herrera Lara: Personal injury claim related to an automobile accident in an amount in excess of $1,000,000.
Monica Lopez: Property claim for broken cell phone in the amount of $200.
Vinhtien Nguyen: Personal injury claim related to dangerous condition in an amount to be determined.
Jack Douglas Parker: Personal injury claim related to an automobile accident in an amount to exceed $1,000,000.
Desiree Dawn Spears: Personal injury claim related to an automobile accident in an amount to exceed $1,000,000.
Desiree Dawn Spears on behalf of R.P.: Personal injury claim related to an automobile accident in an amount to exceed $1,000,000.
