IN THE MATTER OF Honoring Jami Daviner for her years of services with Contra Costa Health.
WHEREAS, Jami Daviner has served Contra Costa County for more than three decades, beginning her career in January 1991 as a Clerk at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and its clinics, serving in the Department of Child Support Services, and with the Contra Costa Health Plan, later contributing to the Public Health Vital Statistics unit; and
WHEREAS, in 2008, Jami became the Vital Registration Program Manager, directing operations for 15 years, providing leadership and direction, implementing modernization initiatives, ensuring legislative and health code compliance, and maintaining essential services throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, earning multiple Service Excellence Awards; and
WHEREAS, Jami now serves as a Public Health Program Specialist II, acting as a Privacy and HIPAA Compliance Liaison, supporting quality improvement efforts, and supporting the Public Health Department in rendering critical health services; and
WHEREAS, throughout her career, Jami has exemplified professional excellence, integrity, and a deep commitment to advancing public health operations and improving service to the community; and
