Referral History:
The 2026 Committee meeting schedule, meeting format, and workplan was approved by the Family and Human Services Committee on February 9, 2026.
Referral Update:
The revised 2026 Committee meeting workplan proposes three changes:
1. RESCHEDULE “Referral #123 - DCD/H3 Measure X Homeless Funding” from today to the May 11, 2026 meeting. This will allow the department time to finalize inputs for an associated Request for Proposal and provide a more comprehensive update.
2. ADD “Referral #124 - THRIVES Guaranteed Basic Income Program Annual Report” to the June 8, 2026 meeting. This referral is pursuant to action taken by the Board of Supervisors on July 8, 2025 (Discussion Item D1).
3. DELETE “Referral #45 - Aging & Adult Services” from the April 13, 2026 meeting. A more thorough and comprehensive report for the same referral is scheduled for September 14, 2026.
