RECOMMENDATIONS:
APPROVE Budget Amendment No. BDA-26-00678 and AUTHORIZE new revenue for various Stormwater Utility funds, in the amount of $653,000, to cover estimated expenditures for Fiscal Year 2025-26.

100% Stormwater Utility Assessment Funds
BACKGROUND:
This action appropriates unanticipated Fiscal Year 2025-26 revenue and provides adjustments to various Stormwater Utility funds for estimated expenditures.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If not approved, expenditures will exceed current budgets in various Stormwater Utility funds.
