RECOMMENDATIONS:
APPOINT Arnold Fitzgerald to the District 3 seat on the County Library Commission for a term ending June 30, 2026, and APPOINT Tim Fares to the District 3 Alternate Seat on the Library Commission also to a term expiring June 30, 2026, as recommended by Supervisor Diane Burgis.

None.
BACKGROUND:
The Commission serves in an advisory capacity to the Board of Supervisors and the County Librarian; provides a forum for the community to provide input concerning Library operations, and recommends proposals to the Board of Supervisors and the County Librarian which will improve the Library system.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The seats would remain vacant.
