Report Title:                     Approve the Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement for minor subdivision MS21-00007, for a project being developed by Nawaid Hamid and Nigina Ali, Alamo area.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

ADOPT Resolution approving the Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement for minor subdivision, MS21-00007 for a project being developed by Nawaid Hamid and Nigina Ali, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Alamo area. (District II)

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

 

BACKGROUND:

The Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement is required by Condition of Approval No. 56.

 

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The agreement will not be recorded and Contra Costa County may not be in full compliance with its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and Stormwater Management Discharge Control Ordinance.
