Report Title:                     Accepting and declaring a portion of Camino Tassajara that was dedicated by way of final map for Subdivision 7763 to be a County road, Danville area.

Recommendation of the County Administrator Recommendation of Board Committee

 

RECOMMENDATIONS:

ADOPT Resolution accepting and declaring the portion of Camino Tassajara that was dedicated by way of final map for Subdivision 7763 as a County road, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Danville area. (District II)

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

 

BACKGROUND:

On June 3, 1993, the final map of Subdivision 7763 was recorded, dedicating Camino Tassajara Widening for public use. Frontage improvements were completed but the right-of-way dedication was never accepted.

 

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

That portion of Camino Tassajara will not be part of the County Maintained Roads system and will not be eligible for State gas tax funds.
