RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close all of York Avenue on December 11, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., for the purpose of replacement of two utility poles and the installation of two new overhead transformers, Kensington area. (District I)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
Pacific Gas & Electric Company shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities.
