Acting as the governing board of the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, DENY claim filed by Farmers Insurance Exchange, a subrogee of Leeor Neta.

Farmers Insurance Exchange a/s/o Leeor Neta: Property claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $10,893.53.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Not acting on the claims could extend the claimants’ time limits to file actions against the County.
