RECOMMENDATIONS:
DENY claims filed by Timothy Ayres; Hunter Biel; Jovanathan Clark; Blanca Dominguez; San Ramon Regional Medical Center for Disney Fakaosi; Subro Claims, Inc. obo Geico Insurance, a subrogee of Denise Joana Gomezmercado; Andres Funes, and Lizeth Espinoza. DENY amended claim filed by CSAA for Nilson Rodriguez.

Timothy Ayres: Personal injury claim for a trip and fall in the amount of $1,000,000.
Hunter Biel: Personal injury claim related to excessive sheriff cadet training in the amount of $5,000,000.
Jovanathan Clark: Civil rights claim related to false arrest in an undisclosed amount.
Blanca Dominguez: Property claim for damage to vehicle in an undisclosed amount.
San Ramon Regional Medical Center for Disney Fakaosi: Claim for underpayment of bill by Contra Costa Health Plan in the amount of $5,986.20.
Subro Claims, Inc. o/b/o Geico Insurance a/s/o Denise Joana Gomezmercado: Property claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $2,977.77.
Andres Funes and Lizeth Espinoza: Property claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $23,933.87.
CSAA for Nilson Rodriguez: Amended claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $5,123.95.
