RECOMMENDATIONS:
RESCIND Traffic Resolution No. 2012/4351, adopted on May 15, 2012, which prohibited parking except for vehicles of individuals with disabilities, on a portion of the north side of Clement Avenue (Road No. 5385L), as recommended by the Public Works Director, Bay Point area. (District V)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
It was determined that a parking space previously designated for disabled persons only, is no longer needed. Public Works Traffic Engineering staff confirmed the requested resident is no longer at the location. Therefore, Public Works Traffic Engineering recommends removing the restricted parking based on established policy.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Parking will remain restricted at this location.
