Report Title: Declare Vacancy on the Integrated Pest Management Advisory Committee

RECOMMENDATIONS:
ACCEPT the resignation of Roxana Lucero Keshmiry; DECLARE a vacancy in the Environmental Organization-At Large Seat on the Integrated Pest Management Advisory Committee (IPMAC) for a term ending December 31, 2026; and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact for this action.
BACKGROUND:
The IPMAC was established by the Board of Supervisors in November 2009. The Board created The Environmental Organization-At Large Seat in November 2010. Roxana Lucero was appointed on February 28, 2023 and resigned via email to the County Integrated Pest Management Coordinator on January 14, 2026.
Once the seat is declared vacant, the IPM Coordinator will work with the Clerk of the Board to fill the vacancy.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The seat will remain unfilled and the IPMAC may not be able to meet quorum to vote on items coming before them.
