Executive Summary: 2026 Alamo Summer Events at Livorna Park
• Summer Concert Series Performance:
o Held four concert events in July featuring The Sun Kings (1,150 attendees), Forejour (1,000 attendees), Highway Vagabonds (600 attendees), and Fog City Swampers (850 attendees).
o Overall attendance was strong, with overall positive community feedback.
• Vendor & Operations Feedback:
o Food truck service (Signature Burgers) was very successful; maintaining a single food truck vendor is recommended for future events.
o The shaved ice vendor underperformed due to Wi-Fi connection issues and low sales.
o Gazebo power supply constraints impacted audio quality during higher-demand performances.
o Deputy Fisher and volunteers provided security with zero reported incidents.
• Movies Under the Stars: No outdoor movie events were hosted during the 2026 season due to park construction.
• Future Outlook (2027-2028):
o No events will take place in 2027 due to the upcoming Livorna Park Improvements Project.
o Summer event programming is scheduled to resume in Summer 2028, with vendor and artist selection commencing in Fall 2027.
