RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close a portion of Morgan Territory Road, between 13151 Morgan Territory Road and 11077 Morgan Territory Road, on January 21, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. through 11:00 a.m., for the purpose of transporting a mobile building, Livermore area. (District III)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
Due to the narrow road width of Morgan Territory Road, JMT Modular has requested the road closure to transport and unload a mobile building. The existing road width does not allow for safe passage of through traffic during this operation. Applicant shall follow the guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Applicant will be unable to close the road to complete the transportation of the mobile building.
