Referral History:

Under Assembly Bill No. 1025 (Grayson) the County of Contra Costa is required to expand the management program elements to include a new, seventh element that considers proposals to study new and emerging mobility modes and technologies in the corridor and provides a framework for acting on the proposals.

 

Referral Update:

The attached DRAFT element is planned to be taken to the Board of Supervisors as a consent item at the next available Board meeting. We are asking that members of the TWIC recommend that the DRAFT element should be forwarded to the Board of Supervisors for adoption.
