BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Department has reviewed the urban lot split minor subdivision MS24-00007 (cross reference UL22-00002) and has determined that all conditions for Parcel Map approval have been satisfied.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Parcel Map will not be approved and recorded.
