Report Title: Byron-Brentwood-Knightsen Union Cemetery District Annual Report

RECOMMENDATIONS:
ACCEPT the Byron-Brentwood-Knightsen Union Cemetery District 2024-25 Annual Report, as recommended by Supervisor Burgis.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
BACKGROUND:
On January 7, 2020, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 2020/1, which requires that each advisory board, commission, or committee report annually to the Board on its activities, accomplishments, membership attendance, required training/certification, and proposed work plan or objectives for the following year. Though the Byron-Brenwtood-Knightsen Union Cemetery District Board of Trustees is an independent body and is not required by Resolution 2020/1 to submit a report, the attached report provides information on the district’s budget and activities.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The report will not be received.
