Report Title: Establish Classifications, Reclassify Existing Positions, and Abolish Replaced Classifications in the Department of Agriculture / Weights and Measures

RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Position Adjustment Resolution No. 26294 to establish the following classifications:
* Deputy Agricultural Commissioner & Sealer of Weights and Measures (BAHB) at salary plan and grade ZA5 1724 ($8,646.59 - $10,509.98);
* Agricultural Biologist/Weights & Measures Inspector I (BAWB) at salary plan and grade QA5 1361 ($6,034.90- $7,335.46);
* Agricultural Biologist/Weights & Measures Inspector II (BAVB) at salary plan and grade QA5 1440 ($6,525.91- $7,932.28).
Reclassify the following positions and carryover seniority for the incumbents:
* Reclassify three (3) Deputy Agricultural Commissioner (BAHA)(represented) positions (numbers 5862, 5869, 18068, including two (2) incumbents and one (1) vacant position), and one (1) Deputy Sealer of Weights and Measures Inspector (BWHA)(represented) position (number 900, incumbent) to Deputy Agricultural Commissioner & Sealer of Weights and Measures (BAHB)(represented);
* Reclassify six (6) Agricultural Biologist I (BAWA) positions (numbers 5866, 5868, 5899, 6478, 20075, 20105, including five (5) incumbents and one (1) vacant position) and three (3) Weights/Measures Inspector I (BWWA) positions (numbers 5873, 19858, 20227, including two (2) incumbents and one (1) vacant position) to Agricultural Biologist/Weights & Measures Inspector I (BAWB)(represented);
* Reclassify one (1) Agricultural Biologist II (BAVA)(represented) position (number 5883, incumbent) to Agricultural Biologist/Weights & Measures Inspector II (BAVB)(represented).
