Report Title: Declare vacant the Appointee 2 seat on the Knightsen Town Advisory Council

RECOMMENDATIONS:
DECLARE a vacancy in the Appointee 2 seat on the Knightsen Town Advisory Council for a term ending December 31, 2028, and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by Supervisor Burgis.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
BACKGROUND:
The Council advises the Board of Supervisors on land use and planning matters affecting the community of Knightsen and may represent the Knightsen community before the Board of Supervisors, the East County Regional Planning Commission, the Zoning Administrator and the Local Agency Formation Commission on proposed boundary changes affecting the community.
