Each Ad Hoc Committee will present a brief summary of its review of assigned RFQ sections, including:
• Questions
• Concerns
• Recommendations
Staff will display original RFQ language and revised language side-by-side to demonstrate how TCAB feedback was incorporated and to support transparent discussion.
Referral History and Update
TCAB established Ad Hoc Committees to conduct detailed reviews of the draft RFQ for the Implementation Lead Entity. Committees submitted written feedback, which staff used to produce a revised RFQ draft.
Recommendation(s) / Next Step(s)
Receive committee reports, discuss revisions, and provide any final feedback prior to formal RFQ approval.
