Information 
Staff will provide TCAB members with an update regarding required financial management/fiduciary responsibility training that must be completed prior to participation in the November TCAB meeting. 
Staff will also provide additional support opportunities to assist members with accessing and completing the required training. 

Referral History and Update 
TCAB members are required to complete identified training requirements associated with their service on the advisory body. 
ORESJ staff and the Clerk of the Board have been working to ensure that members receive appropriate training assignments and access to the Vector training portal. 
The upcoming financial management training is required to be completed before the November TCAB meeting. 

To support completion and reduce technical or access barriers, ORESJ staff will offer optional office hours prior to the November meeting. 
Office hours will provide members an opportunity to: 
confirm that they can access the Vector portal; 
identify the correct required training; 
receive assistance with login or access issues; 
ask procedural questions regarding completion; and 
confirm that their completion status has been properly recorded. 
Office hours are intended to support members in completing the required training and do not replace completion of the assigned training itself. 
Staff recommends offering at least two office-hour opportunities before the November TCAB meeting, including one daytime and one early-evening option where feasible. Exact dates and access information will be circulated to members separately.
