Syimyk Kalykov: Personal injury claim for foot injury in an amount to exceed $10,000.
Dason B. Melius: Fraud and due process claim in the amount of $8,000,000.
Maryam Popal: Personal injury claim for trip and fall in the amount of $5,000,000.
San Ramon Regional Medical Center for Michael Bier: Claim for insurance underpayment in the amount of $68,448,13.
San Ramon Regional Medical Center for Susan Taylor: Claim for insurance underpayment in the amount of $98,512.20.
Nancy Yazmin Sanchez Cruz: Property claim for damage to vehicle in an undisclosed amount.
Barbara Smith Whittom: Property claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $4,980.68.
Gary Wayne Smith: Wrongful death claim for injuries sustained in vehicle accident in the amount of $500,000.
