Report Title: Executive Recruitment Services

RECOMMENDATIONS:
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Director of Human Resources, or designee, to execute a contract with Mosaic Public Partners LLC for executive recruitment services in an amount not to exceed $200,000, for the period of April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2029.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The cost will be offset by charges to user departments that will utilize the services. (Various Funds)
BACKGROUND:
The County conducted a Request for Proposals to solicit multiple vendors for project-based classification studies, compensation studies, and executive recruitment services.
The selected vendors will provide classification and compensation study services, including larger countywide studies that serve to consolidate, standardize, and align the scope, type and level of work performed in all classifications throughout the County, and executive recruitment services. Mosaic Public Partners LLC was selected to provide executive recruitment services including advertisement, candidate sourcing, application reviews and initial candidate screening for select vacancies on an as-needed basis as requested by user departments.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If the contract is not approved, Human Resources will not be able to support user departments with specialized recruiting services when needed.
