I. PROJECT SUMMARY

The applicant requests approval of a Development Plan to modify approved Development Plan CDDP02-03053 to allow the development of a 64-stall electric vehicle charging station on the western portion of the project site.

II. RECOMMENDATION

Department of Conservation and Development, Community Development Division (CDD) staff recommends that the County Zoning Administrator:

A. ADOPT the Negative Declaration/Initial Study (ND) prepared for Development Plan CDDP02-03053 together with the May 5, 2025 Addendum, based on the attached findings, and specify that the Department of Conservation and Development (Located at 30 Muir Road, Martinez, CA) is the custodian of the documents and other materials, which constitute the record pf proceedings upon which this decision is based.

B. APPROVE Development Plan CDDP24-03040 to modify approved Development Plan CDDP02-03053 to allow the development of a 64-stall electric vehicle charging station on the western portion of the project site in lieu of three industrial buildings, based on the attached findings and subject to the attached conditions of approval.

C. DIRECT staff to file a Notice of Determination with the County Clerk.
