RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT Resolution approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close a portion of Mendocino Drive, between Amador Ct. and Klamath St., on September 27, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m., for the purpose of using a crane to place an accessory dwelling unit in a resident's rear yard, Bay Point area. (District V)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
Villa Homes shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities.
