BACKGROUND:

Stacie Rachelle Adams: Personal injury claim for trip and fall in the amount of $15,000.

Abel R. Arias: Denial of medical care claim at Martinez Detention Facility in an unspecified amount.

Jacqueline Ashley: Property claim for broken window in the amount of $409.04.

Aspire General Insurance Company as subrogee of  Maria Longoria: Property claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $3,594.85.

Oscar Cardona: Property claim for lost phone in the amount of $100.

Blake Davis-Murry: Property claim for lost personal property in the amount of $2,500.

Brenda Hall: Medical malpractice claim related to surgery at Contra Costa Regional Health Center in the amount of $1,000,000.

Perla Ortega: Personal injury claim related to vehicle accident in an amount to exceed $25,000.

Clytoyia Randle: Property claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $7,643.61.

Beverly Tribuiani: Property claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $436.19.

 

Application to File a Late Claim
