DENY claims filed by Geico, a subrogee of Andres Funesreyes; Gustavo Ayala Garcia; Richard Garner; and Lorna Llorera.

BACKGROUND:
Geico a/s/o Andres Funesreyes: Subrogation claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $19,213.92
Gustavo Ayala Garcia: Personal injury claim for alleged K-9 bite in an undisclosed amount.
Richard Garner: Property claim for damage to vehicle in the amount of $490.05
Lorna Llorera: Property claim for damage to phone in the amount of $400.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Not acting on the claims could extend the claimants’ time limits to file actions against the County.
