B. Consider the complaint of Amber Miller alleging harassment and discrimination as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the Health Services Department, which was continued from the June 10, 2025 Merit Board Meeting.
After some discussion, Member Kreling moved and Member Warren seconded, to dismiss the complaint of Amber Miller alleging harassment and discrimination as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the Health Services Department due to failure to appear and failure to proceed.
