Report Title: Correct Board Order Item #C.36 with Maxim Healthcare Services Holdings, Inc.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
APPROVE clarification of Board action of March 26, 2024, (C.36) with Maxim Healthcare Services Holdings, Inc., a corporation, to change the name of the Contractor to read Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc., with no change in the payment limit of $1,000,000 and no change in the term of March 1, 2024 through February 28, 2027.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Approval of this Contract correction will result in no additional expenditures and is funded 100% CCHP Enterprise Fund II revenues (No rate increase)
BACKGROUND:
CCHP has an obligation to provide certain specialized Behavioral Health Treatment - Applied Behavioral Analysis (BHT-ABA) health care services including, but not limited to; treatment plans to improve the functioning of CCHP members with pervasive development disorder or autism under the terms of their Individual and Group Health Plan membership contracts with the County. This Contractor has been a member in the CCHP Provider Network providing BHT-ABA services and fostering a deep understanding of the CCHP organizations mission, values and long-term objectives since March 1, 2022.
On March 26, 2024, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #77-445-1 with Maxim Healthcare Services Holdings, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000, for the provision of BHT-ABA services for the period March 1, 2024 through February 28, 2027.
The purpose of this Board Order is to change the name of the Contractor to read Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. instead of Maxim Healthcare Services Holdings, Inc.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
