APPOINT Tim Fares to the District 3 seat on Fish & Wildlife Committee for a term ending February 28, 2026, as recommended by Supervisor Diane Burgis

BACKGROUND:
The Fish & Wildlife Committee advises the Board of Supervisors on fish and wildlife issues in Contra Costa County, including use of funds from the Fish & Wildlife Propagation Fund pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 13103.
This seat was vacated in January 2025. Applications were accepted and the recommendation to appoint the above individual was determined with a term ending February 28, 2026.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The seat would remain vacant.
