THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
IN THE MATTER OF RECOGNIZING VIDHAI FOUNDATION, INC. FOR ITS COMMUNITY IMPACT
WHEREAS, Vidhai Foundation is a student-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering communities through innovation, service, and education across the fields of medicine and public health, software and engineering, science and research, and civic engagement; and
WHEREAS, Vidhai Foundation has engaged over 180 student volunteers and created accessible opportunities for youth to contribute to meaningful community initiatives; and
WHEREAS, the organization has led impactful programs including public health awareness campaigns, research mentorship and workshops, technology and AI education initiatives, and community service efforts supporting hospitals, senior centers, and underserved populations; and
WHEREAS, Vidhai Foundation continues to foster leadership, collaboration, and real-world skill development among students while addressing important community needs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors hereby recognizes and commends Vidhai Foundation for its outstanding contributions to the community and its dedication to empowering the next generation of leaders
