APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Employment and Human Services Director, or designee, to execute an agreement with First 5 Contra Costa Children and Families Commission in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000 to provide childcare provider training services for the period July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027.

On 4/28/25 (C.25), the Board approved an extension to a new term end date of 6/30/25 with no change to the payment limit.
