B. Consider the appeal of Vanessa Baskerville from rejection on probation as a Social Service Program Assistant in the Employment and Human Services Department.
After some discussion, Member Kobayashi moved and Member Reigle seconded, to refer the appeal of Vanessa Baskerville from rejection on probation as a Social Service Program Assistant in the Employment and Human Services Department to an Administrative Law Judge based on alleged age discrimination.
