Report Title: Notice of Completion for the Mt. Diablo Scenic Blvd. and Diablo-Blackhawk Road Intersection Signal Improvements, Diablo area.
Recommendation: Recommendation of the County Administrator
RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADOPT RESOLUTION accepting as complete the contracted work performed by Davidon Homes, a California limited partnership for the Mt. Diablo Scenic Blvd. and Diablo-Blackhawk Road Intersection Signal Improvements, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Diablo area, County Project No. 0676-6P1106, (cross reference RA24-01259). (District II)
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Project was funded by 100% Local Road Funds.
BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans and recommends its acceptance as complete as of October 6, 2026.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The developer will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
