RECOMMENDATIONS:
ACCEPT the resignation of Gigi Crowder and DECLARE a vacancy in At-Large Seat 1; ACCEPT the resignation of Mariana Moore and DECLARE a vacancy in At-Large seat 2; and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancies.

BACKGROUND:
The County Administrator’s Office was notified by members of their resignations from the Measure X Community Advisory Board on July 16, 2025, including Gigi Crowder’s immediate resignation, effective that same day, and Mariana Moore’s resignation effective July 31, 2025.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If unapproved, the committee would not have an accurate roster of members and vacancies would not be posted.
